What a Lot Day Includes
- Your list, our schedule. Send stock numbers or VINs the day before. We arrive with blanks and fobs for your mix of makes.
- Cut and programmed on the lot. Basic keys from $50, transponder keys from $75, smart or proximity keys from $150, fob programming from $25.
- Dealer-only exceptions flagged upfront. You know before the visit which units still need the brand dealer.
- No PO per car. One monthly invoice, one line per VIN, with the key type and technician on each line.
- Card on file to start, Net-30 once approved. 10% off the first lot day for new accounts.
- Ignition and door lock repair on the same visit when a unit needs it, quoted before work starts.

What is a standing lot day?
A fixed day each week or every other week when our technician comes to your lot and keys every vehicle on your list: trade-ins that arrived with one key or none, auction units, and anything in recon. No PO per car. Everything appears on one monthly invoice by VIN.
Can you program keys for late-model vehicles, or is that dealer-only?
We are NASTF members, which gives us legitimate access to security key codes and programming data for most late-model vehicles. Some brands and model years remain dealer-only, and we tell you which before the lot day so nothing gets stuck.
How much do keys cost at volume?
Starting prices are $50 for a basic key, $75 for a transponder key, $150 for a smart or proximity key and $25 for fob programming. Fleet and dealer tiers are set when the account opens based on monthly volume.
Do you work with rental branches and tow yards?
Yes. Rental branches use us for same-day lost-key replacement so a car is not out of service for days. Tow and repo yards use us for keys and lockouts on recovered vehicles, with written authorization from the lender or owner.
Can you key our service vans?
Yes. Trade fleets (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, delivery) get keyed at your yard before the day starts or after trucks return. Spare keys for every unit, and lockouts on the road at account rates.
