Account calls go ahead of walk-in work during our service hours (Mon-Thu 9 AM-6 PM, 24 hours Fri-Sun). You get a direct line and a named contact who knows your properties or vehicles.
Agreed rates, no surprises
Your rate sheet is set when the account opens. Starting prices are published below. Volume and recurring work earn discounts, and new accounts get 10% off the first job.
New accounts: card on file
We keep a card securely on file and charge it when each job is complete. You receive an itemized receipt by email the same day, organized by property and unit or by vehicle VIN.
Established accounts: Net-30
After a short credit application, approved accounts move to one consolidated invoice per month with Net-30 terms. Every line item carries the address, unit or VIN and the technician's notes.
Paperwork ready
Certificate of insurance naming your entity, W-9 and our NYC DCWP locksmith license number are provided on request. We are insured through Ergo Next and have been serving Staten Island for over 5 years.
Records you can hand to anyone
Service reports per job, key control logs for master key systems and a yearly summary of work by property. Useful for boards, auditors, insurers and buyers.
Commercial Account Starting Prices
Prices below are starting points. The final price depends on the job type, hardware grade, vehicle make and model, site access and volume. Discounts are available for bulk orders and recurring accounts, and new commercial accounts receive 10% off their first job.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who qualifies for a commercial account?
Any business or organization in Staten Island or the other four boroughs with recurring lock, key or vehicle-key needs: property managers, co-op and condo boards, landlords, contractors, auto dealers, rental branches, tow yards, fleets, schools, houses of worship and institutions. There is no minimum volume to open an account.
How does payment work?
New accounts keep a card on file and are charged when each job is complete, with an itemized receipt the same day. After a short credit application, approved accounts move to one consolidated monthly invoice on Net-30 terms.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are insured through Ergo Next and will issue a certificate naming your company, building corporation or agency as certificate holder. Our NYC DCWP locksmith license number and W-9 are also available on request.
Do you cover all five boroughs?
We are based at 1775 Richmond Ave on Staten Island and serve Staten Island first. Account work in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx is scheduled by appointment or on a standing route day.
What are your hours for account work?
Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, and 24 hours a day Friday through Sunday. Scheduled projects such as building rekeys and dealer lot days are booked in advance and can run outside those windows by arrangement.
Is the 10% first-job discount really available?
Yes. Every new commercial account gets 10% off the first completed job, on top of any volume pricing agreed when the account opens.
